What Can I Do with Vaseline?
Vaseline is one of those “wonder items” to keep around the house at all times.
My brother-in-law, as a kid, got his head stuck in the banister — and vaseline rubbed all over his ears and head got him free. If it wasn’t for vaseline, he might still be there today.
So, other than freeing kids who get their heads stuck in banisters…

Vaseline can be used as it is on chapped lips. Or you can make lip gloss with it.
Homemade Lip Gloss
1 tsp petroleum jelly
Crush in the remnamts of an old tube of liptick
Voila! Lip Gloss on a budget.

If your hands feel dry and rough, just apply a dollop of vaseline to them before you go to bed. Slip on a pair of short white gloves, and you will be amazed how smooth and soft they are in the morning. Also, if you have frequent manicures, apply the vaseline to your cuticles before bedtime. Frequent professional manicures tend to leave your cuticles dry. You will see a major difference using vaseline on your cuticles overnight.
